The two bedroom Lower Garden Apartment is 100m2 in size and sleeps up to six people. The apartment offers fine views over the olive grove with wooded mountains as backdrop.

The layout is perfect for 2 couples with the bedrooms being located at either end of the apartment, ensuring privacy and personal space for everyone. The spacious double bedrooms each have their own bathrooms.

The apartment is south facing and independent from the main house, with own driveway and private garden.

Lower Garden Apartment rentals are from Thursday to Thursday, however the changeover day is flexible outside of summer time.

Facilities include:

• Own private access with parking
• Two spacious bedrooms with luxurious king size beds (200cm long, 160cm wide); one of the bedrooms also has a single bed plus en-suite shower, toilet and washbasin
• Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, cooker, dishwasher and washing machine
• Lounge with comfortable sofa bed and dining area, including hi-fi, flat screen TV, DVD player and access to a selection of DVDs
• WIFI – Wireless broadband Internet access
• Bathroom with toilet, washbasin, bath and shower, hairdryer
• 3 Large furnished terraces
• Private garden with comfortable furniture and charcoal barbecue

Please note that the apartments and studio are non-smoking accommodation.

All prices above are per week in Euro and include bed linen, towels and pool towels.
We charge a small additional cost for a sixth person, please enquire.
Additional final cleaning fee per rental: €70

A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the rental price is required at the time of booking and the outstanding balance is payable 8 weeks before arrival.

Baby cot, highchair and changing mat are available on request at a rate of €20 for the duration of your stay.
A refundable damage deposit of €200 is required on your arrival.
Arrivals should be after 4 pm and departures before 10 am.
