The two bedroom Top Apartment has wooden beamed ceilings and is pleasantly decorated in a Provençale style. It offers splendid views of the surrounding area.
This cosy yet spacious apartment of 80m2 can accommodate up to five people. It is south facing and has front door access independent from the main house. A section of the garden below the house is set out with garden furniture for guests’ private use.
Top Apartment rentals are from Saturday to Saturday, however the changeover day is flexible outside of summer time.
The facilities include:
- Own access with private lay-by parking
- One twin bedroom and one large triple bedroom with one luxurious king size (200cm long, 160cm wide) and one single bed
- Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, cooker, dishwasher and washing machine
- Lounge with dining area, including hi-fi, flat screen TV, DVD player and access to a selection of DVDs
- WIFI – Wireless broadband Internet access
- Bathroom with toilet, washbasin, bath and shower, hairdryer
- Access to private garden with garden furniture
Please note that the apartments and studio are non-smoking accommodation.

All prices above are per week in Euro and include bed linen, towels and pool towels.
We charge a small additional cost for a sixth person, please enquire.
Additional final cleaning fee per rental: €50
A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the rental price is required at the time of booking and the outstanding balance is payable 8 weeks before arrival.
Baby cot, highchair and changing mat are available on request at a rate of €20 for the duration of your stay.
A refundable damage deposit of €200 is required on your arrival.
Arrivals should be after 4 pm and departures before 10 am.
