Park your car in the private roadside car park and walk down the staircase through the wrought iron gate to the garden of the Olive Grove Apartment. The garden is set on three different levels and is dominated by ancient olive trees and citrus trees from the original plantation. The rest is set with Mediterranean shrubs and herbs and a grassed area.
With its high ceilings and generous volumes, this apartment really gives you a feeling of spaciousness. It has a sunny south facing balcony leading off from the lounge and bedroom with views over the olive grove and wooded hills.
The fully fitted kitchen has plenty of cupboard space and work surfaces and has a cooker with ceramic hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, large fridge freezer, coffee machine, kettle, iron with ironing board.
Dining table and chairs are ready for you on the spacious sunny balcony or the large mainly shady terrace.
The living space is generous and spacious with high ceilings, and with its well planned layout there's plenty of room for you and your family or friends.
The apartment has two large double bedrooms with king size beds, one of which also has a single bed.
The lounge has a three-seater sofa and two big armchairs, flat screen TV, DVD player, Hi-fi with radio and CD player, dining room table with 4 chairs.
Hot water is supplied by an electrical immersion heater.
Oil heat retaining electrical wall radiators are installed in each room.
